A deserved five stars for this amazing restaurant in Stuttgart West. First, the service is amazing, the waitress was super friendly, helpful and nice. Every detail is perfect in this restaurant. I ordered a cow's strength broth with a peeled muzzle and Swabian rust roast with crispy onions and hand-cut latency: The meat was so delicious and soft, Spätzle was so delicious and the onions were also so crispy and delicious. I enjoyed every detail of my experience in this restaurant and I recommended it very much if you want to enjoy a Swabian food in Stuttgart.
The service needed a long time before he noticed us. Then he was very attentive. The food was very tender! This time, I'm glad to come back.
