From scheduling to billing and everything in between, Maria, the office manager, made the process seamless. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The dentist and staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent customer service. Despite being cautious about switching dentists after having the same one for over 10 years, I felt comfortable at this place. The dentist took the time to thoroughly explain everything and engage in meaningful conversation about dental care. It felt more like a personalized workshop on my teeth rather than a quick cleaning and filling appointment. I am happy I chose this place for my crown work and am confident that the final result will be outstanding.
This was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had at any doctor/dental office! Dr. Jennifer Haddad no I only understood exactly what I wanted but she was so sweet and careful with the whole process. Top notch Dental office from the amazing staff to the brilliant Dr Khatchaturian. Maria always help to navigate through the insurance maze. I am always educated through my procedure so I’m never with hesitation or doubt. Dr K and hygienist completely changed my mind about pain phobia associated with previous dental visits. The food was good, the service was ok. I noticed everyone else got chips and salsa when they sat down. I think solo guests are literally on their own when it comes to that.
