Roll'd Spencer Outlet is fantastic when it comes to accommodating special requests and customizing dishes to your liking. When they ran out of duck rice paper rolls, they made fresh ones for us on the spot. This is definitely the best spot to eat in the food court! I've always been a fan of Roll'd. I asked for my peach tea without ice because of a scratchy throat and was surprised by the small serving size. Some other Roll'd locations give a full-sized tea even without ice, but I figured it was worth asking since I paid full price. I would have been happy even if they had added water instead of ice.
