This restaurant is family-owned and operated, and the food is fantastic! Our guests couldn't stop raving about it. The service was efficient, friendly, helpful, and very professional. The food truck was clean, well-stocked, and made a great addition to our daughter's graduation party. Did I mention how delicious the food was? There was a fantastic variety, and they were very accommodating regarding allergies. The sauces were wonderful, and there was more than enough food for everyone. We even had leftover trays, complete with instructions on how to freeze and reheat for another gathering. Don’t wait—book this food truck today!
From the first to the last bite, everything was absolutely delicious! I honestly could not say anything negative about the quality of food and service provided. Where do I begin?! The pulled chicken, pulled pork, sausage, brisket were out of this world! The sides- OMG the sides! The corn bread, mac and cheese, and the slaw!Please book them for your next event, you will not regret this decision. You will thank me for this suggestion! This weekend Rolling Smoke catered our second large party. They are not only the easiest people to work with (I changed my guest count twice) but the nicest! Kerry walked through the menu suggestions, advised me on what I should make on my own to not only save money but compliment the dishes. Everything arrived hot and on time. Kerry told me how to store and reheat leftovers.Our guests raved about the food. Highly recommend catering and btw, stop by their food truck for a delicious meal on a smaller scale! So good!Just one request- bring back the bread pudding!! ??
Amazing food-authentic barbeque!!! All of my guests raved about every single dish they prepared- the brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken and mac and cheese! All delicious!! Kerry is a pleasure to deal with...she helped me plan all the food from start to finish, and of course the party was a huge success! I can't say enough great things about Rolling Smoke... I hired Rolling Smoke to cater my daughters 1st birthday luau and man they did not disappoint! We ordered brisket, pulled chicken, pull pork, everything you can think of and everything was amazing. Everyone raved about the food and you couldn't beat the price! Extremely happy customer and would use them again and again!
