A lot of times how I’ll rank restaurants is based on whether or not I would bring someone visiting from out of town here. There’s a lot of good places to eat in Cincinnati and I just wouldn’t put this on the list. Everything was pretty mediocre. And pricey. Entrees don’t come with fries or any side for that matter and to add fries is almost $4. My husband and I spend almost $50 just the two of us. We both got a side (he got fries and I got pickles) and He got a burger and I got wings which they say they’re known for I was pretty disappointed/unimpressed. I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, as I have always enjoyed dining at Roosters with my family. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing due to both a food safety issue and the way it was handled by the manager on duty. When I arrived home, I was shocked to find a piece of metal in my daughter’s food. Concerned, I immediately returned to the restaurant to address the issue. When I asked to speak with both the manager and the cook, the manager’s demeanor was dismissive. After showing him the metal, his response was simply, “Oh, that’s a piece of the strainer,” without any real concern.
