This is, and has been my favorite sushi place for many years. Always so SO delicious and fresh. I am also allergic to soy and they are very accommodating. Highly recommend going here (or ordering from here) if you haven't already! Vegetarian options: They have things like sweet potato tempura roll (one of my favorites). Kid-friendliness: It's fine for children, but more of an adult place to go. Parking: There's only a few spots at the side/front of the restaurant. More spots in the rear, but the parking lot is tight and a little unkempt (building owner's issue, not the restaurant's). Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs. This is probably the sixth time we've ordered from here off of Uber eats, everything was great we thought it would be our new spot until ordering today during lunch to reheat for dinner. While eating my fried rice I crunched on something when nothing should have been crunchy at all. I look down to see this big disgusting bug in my food and realized that crunch was probably his leg and wing and I have never felt so sick to my stomach from a meal in my entire life. Safe to say we will never be eating from here again and they deserve zero stars because this is a major food safety and cleanliness issue. We have reported to Uber eats are waiting for a response.
Started off good. Didn't last long. Staff very unfriendly. They didn't have any salads even the lemon pieces with water were black and rotten. They served soup without saying they didn't have salad. Gave no choice of soup. Had no idea soup was to be served as we didn't ask for soup. When we walked in, we were told they were closing in an hour and didn't want us to come in. An hour was sufficient enough time to eat and leave. We should have left. Never again would we go there.
Roppongi is our favorite local sushi restaurant. Since Covid, we have mostly ordered takeout but pre-covid we came here all the time. Service is always great and the food is fresh and delicious. Excellent, fresh sushi and sashimi.. tuna and cucumber rolls fresh and delicious. love their udon and miso soup. Usually get take out, but when eating in they've comped us a gyoza or shrimp appetizer!Small but great place!
Always sooo nice and get our order exactly right! Great appetizers, miso soup, udon etc. I don't eat sushi as I'm a vegetarian but my family always says other places are not as good as Roppongi!
