I liked my experience at Rosalina a bit more cheerful than some of the restaurants in the neighborhood. It was also buzzier than New Rivers, but not too noisy. Waitress though a temp, was more responsive and genuinely helpful and the food was good. Also it was a bit casual not a top notch place: there was a tv over the bar…
Server was very nice and attentive. Great cocktails. Good place to people watch along with the sounds of the city (sitting outside ) I would go again if I'm in DC.
Really awesome guacamole, individually made to order and easily sharable for our table of 4. Happy hour menu excellent value - fish and pork tacos were delicious!

I don't really need to talk about the food, you can see the pictures. However, this was the best meal we had while in Providence.
Happy hour only available at the bar. Proportions are small and not filling. Overall Delicious food but not enough for the price.
