Our waitress kept rolling her eyes at me when I asked a question about the menu. Very slow service. I was charged full price for a “to-go” cup for my soft drink. One person in our party was charged the exact same amount for single fajitas as the other person who ordered double fajitas, even though it was the same amount of food, and the meal only came with ONE tortilla. Even a single person eating fajitas needs at least 3 tortillas. When we asked for more tortillas, the server brought out ONE more. We had to ask for drink refills. The food was pretty good even though my order was not correct. I do not recommend this place.
Doubt coming in after reading a few bad reviews. Glad we decided to go. Great food, family atmosphere and good service. Portions were not small, as I read. And yes, you will get 1 flour tortilla with some entrees, it’s huge and can always ask for more if needed. I had the red sauce chicken enchiladas, was more like a guajillo sauce, not your typical Tex-Mex red sauce. Overall good dinner, and would recommend anytime. Didn’t include photos because we were too hungry to have our phones out and actually enjoyed dinner time.
Nice place decent tasting food good service but for $31 for a ribeye a half inch thick and two sides is way too much. The baked potato was no bigger than a orange and a spoonful of sautéed mushrooms They ask how you want it cooked you say rare , no way you can cook a half inch thick steak rare , time it hits the grill it’s overcooked. You can buy 2 thick steak and cook yourself for $20, they say the tall draft beer is 20 oz ,, your couldn’t stick a 12 oz longneck in the glass. Lesson learned I won’t get ripped off again
Though food was good, service was awful. Valeria our server didn't bring cutlery and napkins until she came to pick the order. Then she brought the appetizer we ordered, until we were almost done dinning! Every time she passed in front our table we tried to call her, she just kept her eyes fixed as if she couldn't see us.The restroom was filthy, here's a picture of the trash inside.I'll NEVER come back.

My girlfriend and I are from Missouri, we are out here for her job and we decided to try this place…… DID NOT DISAPPOINT… food was amazing the service was top notch and the homemade hot sauce is absolutely delicious (burn you tongue out of your mouth) but so flavorful……. AND I was able to purchase some to take back with me……… SUCH A WONDERFUL PLACE
Service was prompt and friendly. Jalisco-style Mexican food doesn’t have the spice flavors of Sonoran or Baja-styled Mexico food I am used to having grown up in Arizona. The food at Rosy’s was delicious. I only gave it a four star because their refried beans are still made with lard, so none of our vegetarian party could enjoy them.
The food is tasty but this is the only restaurant I know that gives you a single tortilla when you order fajitas. Bin here several times but this time the music was loud and the servers seemed to have things other than customers on there minds. Has not been like this before.
Had Camarones El Mexicana. It was very good. Spanish rice was bland but as usual I don't eat much of the rice. The chips and salsa were very good as well. Service was a bit slow but they were trying to get ready to close and were reasonably busy. Will go back again.

This is one of my favorite food places in town. My family loves the alcoholic beverages there, the food is delicious, and the service is pretty good! The last time we were there our server was a very nice Cuban gentleman that was phenomenal!
An absolute 10/10 for me!!! The food was perfect and my waiter was awesome!! (Yes he’s giving that baby boy a piggy back ride)
