Yesterday, I ordered a small pizza for delivery at 6:30. I received a text saying it would arrive around 7:20, which was fine. However, shortly after, I got another message informing me of a delay until 8:20 due to them being busier than usual. When 8:20 passed with no pizza, I called the number from the text and was told the delivery driver had already left and should arrive in about 15 minutes. Even though I live less than five minutes away, I waited another 15 minutes before calling Round Table directly. They explained there was an issue with their iPad that caused confusion between delivery and pickup orders. My pizza finally arrived at 9:08 pm. I’ve had a similar poor experience at this...
I'm seriously done with this location! While they were closed, I went to the Castro Valley location and I'll keep going there instead. The service here is very poor. I felt sorry for the guy ahead of me who was waiting for his pizza, wings, and bread to be ready all at once. Then I realized I'd been standing there for 25 minutes, and my pizza had just been sitting there the whole time.
It seems that every restaurant nowadays has prices comparable to Roundtable. You can find flavorless burgers and cold fries for around $18, or opt for three meals for $40 (which only gives you 4 out of 12 slices). At least the pizza remains consistently hot and fresh. In contrast, Jack in the Box has been particularly disappointing lately.
I recently stopped by this restaurant to grab a pizza for a meeting at our parish. Even though it had to close temporarily due to a fire, I'm thrilled that they've reopened and are serving the amazing food and exceptional service I've always appreciated. Keep up the great work, everyone, and please don't change a thing!

The location can be inconsistent, but recently it’s been more of a disappointment. The pan crust pizza was actually half raw. At first, I thought it was just the cheese, but after a closer look, I realized I was biting into uncooked dough. The wings, however, are pretty good.
The pizzas arrived fresh and hot, and the wings were nicely steaming. The staff were courteous and attentive, though the food took a little longer than expected to be served—perhaps due to understaffing or insufficient training. Nonetheless, the meal was enjoyable.
This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I must say it's undoubtedly the best pizza in the San Francisco area. I highly recommend it to everyone. I just wish they had locations in Canada, haha!
The wings didn’t come with any ranch sauce, and one of the meats on the pizza had a spoiled smell. I was very disappointed.

The pizza dough was undercooked and had to be put back in the oven after it arrived.
