This was the worst experience ever! Should be a ZERO option. Ordered on the Beyond Menu app on Christmas Eve around 4:30 PM. Ordered early as I expected they would be busy on that night. Order went through app no problem, got notified that order would be ready at 5:15 PM. Wife and daughter and I got in the car, went to pick it up. When I get there, there are people milling around near the front door. I walk to cashier and ask for my order. They are just finishing it now I sit down. we took last night. we haven't been there for a long time, we heard they were under new management, so we wanted to try to see if it's better.
