This is definitely the most unprofessional and disorganized Rubio's in the area. When you order online, the food isn't prepared on time, and even when it is ready, they leave it on the side without informing you, despite your check-in. My meal was just sitting there for 10 minutes before I had to go ask about it again. It shouldn't be so difficult to simply get your food. I also noticed that the DoorDash drivers were facing similar issues, and they seemed quite frustrated as well.
This location has been frustrating with my family for a while with inconsistent food (sometimes skimpy portions) and missing items etc. Today we had an issue we needed to call about and the message didn't get passed on leading to an unsatisfactoryresult.. But the manager who is brand new to this location really did handle it in such a nice way and acknowledged he has thechallenge of improving the Bressi location. Honestly he's off to a good start and we wish him the best!
Woof… The food was quite average. The portions of beans and rice were overpriced for their size. I was also very disappointed to find out that the "chipotle sauce" contained dairy, which I'm allergic to, and I had no idea. It would be helpful to include the word "cream" in the description so that people like me can request it be omitted. I won’t be returning.
Their food is flavorful and delicious! Unfortunately the last 4 times I've attempted to eat here, I've left disappointed (and without food! 1. Coke machine broken 2. Credit card machine broken 3. Refused to take my coupon 4. I got smart. I called aheadof time to make sure 1-3 wouldn't be a problem. I waited on hold for 6 minutes before giving up. Book a table now
This place is always epic from service to food. It 's the great equalizer when my family gets into the whole what do you want for dinner game and has 6 different answers. I can say Rubios? And get a unanimous YES!! And that reason alone folks is why you should eat here.
The food taste great, fresh options and this restaurant was clean. Actively watched a young lady cleaning tables and picking up trash. Salsa bar with stocked with very yummy options. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend the coastal trio taco comboso good.
Consistently excellent. The menu features straightforward California-Mexican dishes with a wide variety of options to please everyone. You can choose to dine in or take out. It's simple and offers good value for your money.

Their food made me sick. REALLY REALLY sick. I experienced worse symptoms from Rubios than I got from bad street food I ate in Indonesia, Fiji, or Mexico.
