I 'm wondering if anyone else has noticed that Rubio 's is running a scam as a promotion. I went in to get the Tuesday Taco special. $1.99 for a taco. I normally don 't eat fast food, but I was stuck at Bressi Ranch last evening with only $5 on me, no wallet or phone. I had to wait an hour for my ride to come get me, so I decided to get 2 fish tacos from Rubios. However, upon biting into the fried fish, I was surprised to see there wasn 't any fish, just fried batter. So, I started to break the fish into pieces. Alas! there wasn 't any fish. I had to throw the tacos out because I didn 't want to have fried batter. Is this just on Tuesday because of the special, or is this the norm? I wish I...
Extremely rude to me when I went to pick up a catering order. Gave me a hard time about acquiring big or small plastic bags to put the food in it for catering to carry all the extra things and main entrees. When I pointed out the entree trays were leaking, the girl argued with me and said it wasn't leaking. They were equally rude to another lady picking up multiple bags of food and gave her a hard time about getting a big plastic bag. I'll never eat at this Rubio's again or accept a catering order for them.
This is definitely the most unprofessional and disorganized Rubio's in the area. When you order online, the food isn't prepared on time, and even when it is ready, they leave it on the side without informing you, despite your check-in. My meal was just sitting there for 10 minutes before I had to go ask about it again. It shouldn't be so difficult to simply get your food. I also noticed that the DoorDash drivers were facing similar issues, and they seemed quite frustrated as well.
Woof… The food was quite average. The portions of beans and rice were overpriced for their size. I was also very disappointed to find out that the "chipotle sauce" contained dairy, which I'm allergic to, and I had no idea. It would be helpful to include the word "cream" in the description so that people like me can request it be omitted. I won’t be returning.

Always end up sick here. So did a majority of my group. Also, I'm not a fan of their cross-contamination with beyond items.Interface for website to order is very annoying and messy. This place is always epic from service to food. It 's the great equalizer when my family gets into the whole what do you want for dinner game and has 6 different answers. I can say Rubios? And get a unanimous YES!! And that reason alone folks is why you should eat here.
Consistently excellent. The menu features straightforward California-Mexican dishes with a wide variety of options to please everyone. You can choose to dine in or take out. It's simple and offers good value for your money.
What happened? People used to be so nice at Rubios and the food used to be great. Now everyone that works here looks miserable, and the food is meh. Bring back Rubios experience from 20 years ago!

This is a good Rubio’s location. The service is good and the food as always has quite good. The restaurant is clean and attractive.
