Good side dishes. This being my second time here I had the turkey and the pulled pork, both served hot and moist. Though good, I thought it lacked that smoky flavor you should get from a true smokehouse. I tried several sides, the collard greens, which where flavorful and well seasoned. The scalloped corn was good but a bit on the sweet side for me. The mac cheese was served hot but I thought it lacked flavor and seasoning. The Sweet BBQ sauce was very thick and very sweet. The Hot BBQ sauce I did not care for. In general I think Rudy's is a good place to stop for good food. Stopped here for lunch (from out of town) on a trip to the antique malls we’d make the trip without other plans just to eat here again. Love the atmosphere, a real home town home made feel. The staff was great and we loved the food! It’s hard to find a *real* hush puppy and that’s what they had. We had the brisket, pulled pork, and pulled chicken nacho fries (huge serving) all the meats were delicious and well cooked. The chili was AWESOME, too. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is conveniently located near I-70, offering a fast and affordable option for lunch. It provides a great alternative to typical fast food options. The sweet potato casserole was particularly delicious.

It was really good. The ribs just fall of the bone! And the sides were great. We were just driving through and everyone is so friendly!!! I would love to come back but we live out of state. Try it!
Very tasty BBQ. Pork was a little fatty for my taste (large hunks of fat) but the brisket and sides were perfect. Seating is cramped and the A/C wasn't working on our visit.

Best bbq in town! Sauces are very tasty. A menu straight out of mamma's kitchen. Would eat here every day if I could.
