Called in on a recommendation from a friend while enjoying a day in the town for my birthday. It was lunchtime and wasn 't busy so we had the pick of the tables. As it was sunny we chose to sit in the courtyard at the back. We ordered 6 of the small plates between two of us. Got to say the food was fantastic especially the garlic prawns, with a special mention for the chorizo. Good selection of drinks. I had the Camden Pale Ale. Staff were great. Nice and friendly. It 's not often I get to Southport but when I do, I 'll be eating at Rueters for certain. Thank you!
