This restaurant is always dependable. I have visited a few times late at night after the last train home from Liverpool. It's my go-to spot, the food is good and the staff are even better. Last night, we had a few options for places to eat, and we chose this place because they are always reliable and welcoming. We had to wait a bit for our food, but the owners were really kind and patient with us, despite our drunken antics. I will definitely be returning again.
Ordered a vegetarian burger with the family order. Everyone else's was fine. The vegetarian burger itself was shocking. Over cooked, rock hard and tasteless. Will not be ordering from there again, especially with an hour and a half wait when we live miles away.
I was shocked to wait for nearly two hours for my delivery, only to find out that the driver didn't speak English and my food order was incorrect. The lack of communication and the mistake in my order was disappointing to say the least.
The delivery took hours to arrive, starting an hour late from the estimated time and then taking an additional hour from there. The food was cold and items were missing.
