We dined at Ruth's Chris Steak House to celebrate Mother's Day. Upon arrival, we were greeted nicely by the host. We did not have to wait long to be seated. Our server Rosalyn was extremely pleasant and very attentive to our needs. She checked on us periodically to make sure that everything was fine. When our food arrived, everything was hot and fresh. The food was prepared with excellence and was very delicious. Everyone in our party agreed that our overall experience was phenomenal from beginning to end. We definitely will be dining at Ruth's Chris again soon!
We always go to Ruth's Chris for special occasions. It has been our favorite restaurant. I made reservations for my 75th birthday celebration. We were shocked when we were seated in a booth in the bar! We were told that was the only table for our 5:45 reservation. We saw several other tables available for 2 in the main dining area. Our meals were a big disappointment also. My wife's lamb chops did not taste like lamb and my ribeye steak had no taste. A very good server made our night bearable.
We recently had the most horrific experience at Ruth Chris Northbrook. If you are thinking about dining here, turn around and go elsewhere From the start, the front desk will not honor your reservation made weeks ago and they will tell you they are clearing your table, which they have surprisingly given to another “guest” If I could say one thing about this restaurant I felt openly discriminated against . Avoid this steakhouse . Many other better choices on the north shore
Great experience! Was there celebrating a good friend's birthday, and we were all very impressed with the dining area, a separate room from the main area. The hostess, Roslyn, was superb! The food....DELICIOUS! This is not a place to visit regularly as it is a little on the pricey side, but for special occasions you will definitely impress! Great job Ruth's Chris!!
