I've always enjoyed Ruth's Chris, but I don't believe it'll be my first choice in the future. It was noisy and a little cramped. Granted, we were seated next to the main path leading from the kitchen . In addition, during the reservation process we were asked if we were celebrating anything special. We were. I explained. Not sure why I shared this piece of information because really nothing was done by the restaurant to help make the evening special. Just a bill. So I was disappointed and always expected more professionalism from this chain.
