Service is non existent when you set up a party. The restaurant and bowling alley clearly don 't communicate. Had 40+ guests, two pool tables reseverved and 10 lanes reserved with the option to pay for more if needed. When we got there only two tables were set up with cloths and the room that houses the pool tables was under construction, like you should be wearing boots and a hard hat under construction. Even though we had been there in the past there was know mention that a room we used over the last couple of years was now a construction site. We had to ask if they were going to bring the soda, then the bartender asked if we had extra help to get the sodas to the table. I didn 't know tha...
The food here is good but I had a bad experience one time and it was enough to turn me away for good. My husband I bowl at the alley it's inside every week and we buy food here every week. One week our taste buds wanted something different and we brought outside food that vendor neglected to give me a fork, not s&j's fault of course, but I asked them for two forks and the manager said she couldn't because I didn't buy food even though I did purchase a drink. So I ordered a salad and when I came back to pick it she instructed her employees not to give me a second fork. The pettiness of it all. We spend money in your establishment every week and we are not worth one plastic fork to you. Custom...
Great Service, Great tasting food, friendly accommodating staff! Menu is very well rounded...Quality of food is pretty tasty and always made to order with fresh ingredients, plus free refills. They do charge/tax for additional condiments, but it is understandable and balance by how well priced the original menu items are. Wish they had a chain of restaurants throughout the area. They offer soul food, american food, and some menu items for Mexican food (tacos, nachos, etc).
The service is awesome, especially when “MAMA” is there!!! The chicken wings with the atomic bomb sauce on the side is da bomb Also, the turkey burgers are delicious!!! I love this place
