We have never had such an experience before. We are traveling to Inverness from California for the first time. The restaurant had some good reviews so we decided to have dinner before getting to our Airbnb. The host told us the “conditions” to get seated. Said that people come and order one main course and many rotis and just eat that. Told us we would have to order one main course for each person in our party. And we were told this in a very rude way. I’m not sure what about me made him think I was a customer he did not want. I am going to assume they do not want Indian customers. Just had a great experience at the Saffron Restaurant. If you're a fan of scrumptious curry, homemade food, this is the place you need to visit. All the flavours were perfectly balanced and each dish was cooked to perfection. Whether you prefer a milder or spicier variant, they have a curry for every palate. The homemade touch truly shines through. Definitely recommend to try Aloo Saag, Hathcora curry, Lamb madras all rich and aromatic. The menu is diverse, offering a wide range of options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. The portion sizes were generous. To top it all off, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you receive.
Visited whilst on holiday. I have to say we had one of the nicest curries we have tasted, I had the lamb balti ,my wife masala. It’s unlicensed so just Pop into the shop next door to pick up your drink. Great friendly service too. Located just on outskirts towards Culloden so car required but well worth it.
The food was superb, bursting with flavor, and presented beautifully. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and sensible prices. This place defies the notion that good isn't cheap and cheap isn't good, offering high-quality food. Well done!

Kayleigh has looked after me and my friend when we’ve visited for a dinner second time. This place has a positive and happy environment. We will definitely come back again. The food are so fresh its worth visiting!

Definitely the best curry I have ever had. Please never change the recipe. Pakora dip was amazing. Chicken korma lovely. Will be my new local.
