we made reservations for Thanksgiving dinner at 6:30 pm. We arrived on time, we ordered our food. Two Thanksgiving meals $75.00 a piece. Soup or Salad, turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans and yams. I ordered the salad, it was amazing. My husband ordered the crab, shrimp corn chowder, he enjoyed it. The main course: Turkey was dry, little to no white meat, mashed potatoes were bland, green beans were good and so was the yams (steamed), dressing was ok. Desert was listed on the menu as pumpkin cheesecake. We were brought 2 pieces of regular old pumpkin pie. No explanation of why there was no cheesecake, and no other options were offered to us. I had very low expectations coming here when my father said they have vegan options for pizza; thought it would be the same ol' here are all veggie toppings without having come that we came to know and love. it turns out that they have a vegan crust (cauliflower) that is powerfully delicious, as well as a vegan cheese that makes an admirable job! the Veggie-Feast option has some filigree toppings that I don't see everywhere, like broccolini that made for a good meal. the atmosphere is strange (there was on Thursday a DJ-Brunnen-Club music around 6 o'clock that forced everyone into the only area you could hear people speak, and I wish there were more options, but this is a great place when yo...
I was pleasantly surprised when my dad mentioned this restaurant has vegan options for pizza. I originally thought it would just be the usual veggie toppings without cheese, but I was pleased to discover they offer a vegan cauliflower crust and vegan cheese that were quite tasty. The Veggie Feast option had unique toppings like broccolini, which made for a satisfying meal. The atmosphere was a bit strange with a DJ playing loud club music on a Thursday evening, but overall, it's a great spot if you're in the area, passing through, or looking for a convenient dining option. I just wish there were more choices available.
So, of course, they were out when the Thanksgiving dinner was advertised. that's frustrating. they should have booked more than the required bookings. as a restaurant owner, I do business. So we ordered ourselves from the regular menu. porterhouse was great, but side potatoes were terrible. also salat at the table was very good. server was okay. the helpers were excellent. so 3 stars. I wouldn't eat there again.

Choosing the Sage Room was the best decisions for Thanksgiving. Our server was absolutely fantastic. Evan was the reason we had a great time. We will be going back in the spring. We live on Folsom, Ca. so it’s not just around the corner. It’s expensive but well worth the price all around.
The special sea bass was amazing. Really should be put on the menu. Would go back just for that. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was how unfriendly all the workers were.
First time here and we definitely plan on coming back. Beautiful views, attentive staff, and great menu selections. I had the Elk chop and it was terrific.
I ordered the veggie feast pizza with vegan cheese and it was delicious! The crust was also excellent.
