My wife and I went here for Sunday lunch. It was our second time at what is quickly becoming one of our favourite restaurants. The service was excellent; not too obtrusive, just right. The waiter who took our order advised us that we didn’t need as much as we were going to order, and he was right. As it was we struggled through what we did order.<br/ <br/ The food here is some of the best middle eastern cuisine I have ever had. The Kibby’s are to die for, the coriander potato is superb, the tabouli first rate, the falafel mouth watering. The standout for us, though, was the Fattet Battenjan. S A H R A <br/ <br/ As you enter, you will be welcomed by the large ornate middle-eastern wooden door frame. This is a beautiful location away from the busy Parramatta’s ‘Eat Street’,that looks over the Parramatta River.<br/ <br/ The food was absolutely delicious! The potatoes drenched in lemon juices, the fatoush was demolished by my crew and the meats where cooked to perfection.. @foodiesguidetosydney
Sahra by the River is definitely one of my favourite spots in Parramatta, in Sydney’s west. I’ve brought multiple teams and friends out to Sahra to enjoy some delicious and traditional Middle Eastern Cuisine, whilst along the water. It’s a restaurant for great company, great conversations, great service and really good food. I’ve been here a number of times, and I am yet to be disappointed.

Great food and service :We recently had an Engagement Lunch at Sahra and the view of the river and natural light filtering into the venue made our experience very pleasant and relaxing . The food was beautiful and the servings were very generous. The staff were attentive and made us all feel welcome.We highly recommend Sahra for your next function .
This restaurant has been in parramatta for years and has a good strong following. The food is always delicious and is set on a quiet spot on Phillip st away from the chaos of the main strip. i highly recommend choosing a banquet and ladies make sure you wear a dress because you will regret it if you wear something with a waistband. lol.
We had an amazing experience here, with amazing food and even better customer service! The amount of food we got for a 3 person banquet was insane, and we ended up taking some home because it was so good! The service is so incredible too, they literally treat you like family. 100% recommend and will be going back!
Ordered Fried Cauliflower, Falafel, Sahra Feast. Absolutely loved the fried cauliflower and falafel dishes. Would highly recommend.<br/ <br/ Customer service was attentive and lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here.

A Real Middle Eastern experience. Amazing Service, they cater to everyone. recommend trying the platters, very generous portions. the outdoor area is very comfortable even in winter.
