I had visited Sai Thai Kitchen 5 years ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. My family had a TERRIBLE experience there today.One of our meals was served fairly quickly, but the remaining three meals were not delivered to the table until an unbelievable 40 minutes later. When we were finally all eating, the food was pretty flavorless compared to other thai restaurants I've visited. Sai Thai has the best Laos Thai food I’ve ever had at a restaurant and I’ve tried restaurants all over Canada. The food is delicious and tastes very authentic. I rarely get a chance to visit my grandma and when I’m craving Lao Thai food, this is my go to. I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is awesome. The owner even came out to make sure we were enjoying our food. They are also very flexible when it comes to allergies and swapping out certain ingredients. Thanks for the awesome service!
I love the food. very good flavors and fresh ingredients. Brought my boyfriend here and he also loved it. Best pad thai I ever had. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for delicious food. The restaurant it’s self is very cute. Lots of green plants and relaxing music make it a great dining experience. Immediately offered water with lemon. Very nice. I really wish that they were available on the online food delivery apps. I would eat from here more often if that were the case.
This is a nice hidden gem. Don’t go on the food by looks. It’s tastes great compared to the presentation.The summer rolls were the best. Crab wontons are nice but since it’s deep fried, it’s too oily for the taste. The mango sticky rice was the best. Not tooo sweet, subtle n yumm.Went here on a weekday for lunch and the place had a lot of customers. The owner is super friendly and according to what I see he has a lot of regular customers who visit this place.

Wife wanted Thai, and this place had very good reviews. We were not disappointed. Mango salad was so fresh and tasty. Tom Yum was very good, but I ordered 4 on hotness scale. Should have gone with 2 or 3 but I ate every bit with no damage done. Forget the name of soup my wife had but she loved it. Tom something with coconut milk. She loved her Pad Thai with shrimp. We will return if in the area.
I'm really disappointed. My order was completely incorrect. As a long-time customer, I find this disrespectful. I ordered two pad see ew, not two pad Thai! Now I'm hungry because the dish contains noodles, and we can't eat those. We made the trip past St. George to pick it up! It feels like you're doing me a favor by preparing this food, and I'm just fed up with the situation.
The best Thai food I've ever had in Brantford! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic. I never knew this hidden gem was here. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by the many options available. It's definitely a must-visit spot!
Best food in Brantford! Everything I've tried has been excellent, as confirmed by my dinner companions. Don't let the strip mall appearance and simple interior deter you; this is genuine, made-to-order food. That's why I keep coming back!
