Saigon Cuisine - Table reservation

to eat the first time in this facility and must say I was pleasantly surprised. first the waiting time for eating was quite much less than 5 minutes. I ordered the lemongrass pork chop with steamed rice and a mango bubble tea. eating was freshly steaming hot tasty and the blase tee equally good. they literally have over 100 menu items that shocked me. the interieur has a rustic old feeling that is not bad considering how old the restaurant is in existence. the house is very welcoming and pleasant. I would definitely go back.

tonight with a friend for a table I had booked before. platz was busy, but the dame seemed confused about the booking, but found us a table. we received a order sheet and a menu that we filled out and waited for it to come and pick up. we waited 45 minutes and not even a drink was served! So we just went out. I understand that businesses are short staff, but 45 minutes is far too long, will not go back. but honestly, eating cannot check how no one was served!

ordering food from the divorce and asked for special care in the notes. food came without utensils. I called the load and the guy said he didn't see my notes, and no excuse. how will I eat? with mere hands? that was a very negative experience. will never order again and will never recommend this place to everyone.
