This was not our first time at this restaurant and unfortunately, our experience this time was not good. Despite having reservations, we had to wait for someone to seat us. Another couple ahead of us had to seat themselves. Our drinks took a long time to arrive, my husband's order was messed up, and the server who brought it seemed unhappy when we mentioned it. Our waiter was good but seemed overworked. These were just a few of the things that went wrong during our visit.
We had a fantastic lunch experience! Our server Sean was friendly and attentive, and he recommended the lunch special salad which was delicious. We were seated at a great table upstairs by a very kind young adult, although we didn't catch his name.
I'm so happy we found Sailor Jacks! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was peaceful and lovely. I was able to reserve a window table, which was a nice touch, and the view was stunning. I can't wait to visit again soon.
Really the only issue we had is our Server was a duck out of water and seemed very uncomfortable.. we weren't sure we would get the food as ordered. The Food was amazing and quiet enough to talk and the view is amazing!! Book a table now
We got a great table with a view. We requested that we sit by the window when we booked our table. Our waiter was the best. So caring and helpful. We had lunch on Friday Jan 28th 1st floor reserved under Fe Cendana.
So not my first visit here however this is my favorite because of my party sat outside in the dang parking lot patio seating overlooking the Bay! Beautiful!...
Oh my goodness! Everything was absolutely delicious. The battered shrimp were cooked to perfection. I can't wait to return. The service person was a joy....
