I planned a group celebration for about 20 of us, because of the amount of people we were split up into 2 separate tables right beside each other with 2 separate chefs. I'm giving a 2 star because the chef/cook never said one word to us. He did not engage with us all. There was no tricks or anything. I decided to give it another shot last week while dining in with a friend. Unfortunately, it didn’t get any better. Our waitress had extremely long nails that didn't look very hygienic, but I tried to overlook that. She only delivered our drinks and then we had to flag down the host just to get refills after she took our orders. After that, she disappeared and hardly checked on us.
At the end of the meal, we noticed she had automatically added an 18% gratuity, while we usually tip at least 20% for good service. In this case, we felt she did not deserve a tip at all. I’m sad to say this will definitely be my last visit.
This Sakura location is so much better compared to the others. I've been to the ones in Glen Burnie, Ellicott City, Cockeysville, Laurel, Bel Air, and Annapolis, almost all of them in Maryland, and this one gets an A every time. The restaurant doesn’t serve sushi, but they haven't updated their website to reflect that. It was also quite difficult to get through to them on the phone—perhaps they only have one line? It took a long time to find out that sushi wasn’t available. Overall, it felt like a waste of time.

The food was fresh and delicious, with excellent seasoning. While the yum yum sauce was a bit lacking in flavor, the seasoning on the filet mignon, shrimp, and chicken was outstanding! I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person ranged from $30 to $50.

Chef was BORING!!! No excitement, disappointed in the taste. The food was very bland, the soup, salad and entree literally had NO TASTE!
