I ordered from this restaurant today, and I must say, I will definitely be returning. I had two pieces of General Tso's chicken and an order of spring rolls, and they were absolutely delicious! The sauce on the chicken was flavorful and had just the right amount of heat, and my order was spot on. I also have to mention that the portion of chicken was generous, and the white rice was perfectly cooked, unlike some other places I've been to. A shoutout to the cashier who handled my order; he really knows his stuff! I’ll definitely be back!
This Chinese restaurant is absolutely the best in the area. The delivery is quick, and the food always arrives hot. I've ordered several items from here, and everything has been delicious. I encountered an issue with an order I wanted to cancel, but they were determined to resolve it. Their customer service is excellent – I've been ordering from them for months and won't go anywhere else. Just a heads up: the chicken wings are a regular size, not enormous (you know what I mean)! Enjoy!
The person who answered the phone was quite rude and obnoxious. She attempted to overcharge me, and when I questioned it, she presented a different version of my order. While their food can be good, the unpleasant attitude during the ordering process makes you not want to return. It's also frustrating that the prices keep changing, especially since I always order the same thing.
By far my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. They deliver on time accept debit/credit cards which is very convenient for me. My food is always fresh and hot. The girl who answers the phone is always sweet remembers me from my previous order. I like that they keep a record of your phone number delivery address to make the process faster. No complaints ?? The only thing correct was that it arrived on time. Fried chicken with salty and overcooked. The j wings were extremely salty and overcooked as well. The rib tip platter with chicken fried rice tasted like Uncle Ben's rice and lacked flavor. The rib tips were burnt. The shrimp and broccoli was not spicy and the rice was rubbery. I was very disappointed.
I've typically had good experiences with the food here, but lately, it seems to be declining. The wings were just okay, but the shrimp and mixed vegetables tasted quite old. Unfortunately, I had to throw those away.
This was my first time trying this restaurant, and I was really impressed. The food was fresh, delicious, and served hot, arriving promptly. I believe I've found a new favorite spot for tasty meals!
