The food was excellent. However the service was horrid. The drivethru crew on this particular day was childish and petty. First we ordered a shrimp dinner, they offered more shrimp at a better price. That part was good. But then when we got down the road we realized they didnt give us any cocktail sauce, which was requested. We went back to get the sauce, they talked to my husband as if he would lie about sauce. Long story short, he had to pay $0.75 for the sauce that was supposed to come with the 21shrimp. The crew was uneducated. The person who packed the order talked as if they put sauce in the bag. But in reality didnt know. Omg i couldnt believe the immaturity of the crew. Also BEAWARE:...
Had a younger dining companion with me who wanted Salems for dinner. Salems for some reason has never appealed to me so it’s not in my go to. My son loves the place so last night I gave in and gave it another try. He had boneless wings with spicy sauce fries and a drink, I had the same along with some fried mushrooms to share. Mushrooms were good. Spicy sauce was good. Everything else was good, too. The line was super long but they got the food out pretty fast. They always have a long line so I know people love this place. Everyone I know loves this place. I really don’t love them. I don’t dislike them, I just don’t love them and they aren’t in my wheelhouse.
I recently visited Salem's restaurant, and I must say that my experience was highly disappointing. Not only did they consistently get our orders wrong, but we also received incomplete meals with items missing.The constant errors in our orders left us frustrated and dissatisfied. It seemed like the staff was either not paying attention or rushed to fulfill orders. Not only did this ruin our dining experience, but it also wasted our time and money.
Absolutely the best Basa Fish sandwich! I ordered the meal that comes with fries and a drink. My husband had the chicken wings meal, fried crispy with sauce on the side. Everything was perfect! It's all cooked to order so everything was fresh and delicious! I'd give a 10/10 for this restaurant, hands down!!!+Food: 5/5

Food is decent but the service is horrible. Ordered on postmates and there was food missing. When i called She said “oh thats not us you got to deal with postmates”. Realistically, it’s both of them Since you didnt put it in the bag and the driver didnt check. Do better.Food: 4/5
Fish and okra fried just right. And you have a choice to eat in or take out. We ate in . The staff was super friendly. It was very clean inside and as 1st time visitors to Florida I really appreciated the long line of cars waiting patiently at the take out window.
So my 4 stars are because they didn't give me my 10 peice wings only 9 and they forgot my husband's water. The food is mid. We have forsure had better food than this. The Fletcher location is more like a 2 star.Food: 4/5
This Salems on 50th was amazing the place was clean and the staff was friendly. The fish is on point it arrived promptly and hot, great job to the staff.
