The service is unmatched, the staff truly cares about giving you the best service possible, always checking your table making sure everything is ok. The food is absolutely amazing, we triedthe special fried rice, the roasted pork, the chop suey, the orange chicken and the Mongolian beef. Every dish was perfectlycooked, seasoned and plated. The Chocolate Marquesa was the perfect ending, so good it was finished before I managed to take apicture lol. Congratulations to all staff ???? Amazing.
The food at Salon Canton is outstanding, with generous portion sizes. I've tried various dishes from the menu and have enjoyed every one of them. Although I've only ordered takeout and haven't experienced dining in, the restaurant always appears busy with many customers eating inside when I pick up my orders. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but I think the quality justifies the cost.

If you're craving for a delicious Chinese food, this is a good place. Food was delicious but they don't give enough variety of sides. They just have white rice. If you want fried rice as a side, you have to pay the full dish. ? Also, Servers are kinda rude, they need to improve their customer services skill.

One of the best Latin-American-Chinese restaurants in Doral, and definitely in South Florida. They serve all the classic "Chinese takeout" dishes, and the food is not greasy — in my experience, it's very fresh. I enjoyed the lunch combo, and the portion-to-price ratio was great while the food was fantastic.
I have been dining here for more than five years. The food quality remains good, but the service has declined over time. Recently, I called ahead to place a takeout order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, yet I ended up waiting over 45 minutes without any explanation or updates from the staff.
The food at Salon Canton is excellent, with generous sharing portions and great prices! We enjoyed spring rolls that were crispy and packed with filling, a large mixed rice dish, and fried noodles. There were four of us, and it was more than enough—plenty of leftovers for the next day!
The specials are fantastic. I absolutely loved the sweet and sour chicken and the ginger scallion beef! Looking forward to returning with our family. Highly recommend both the delicious food and the great atmosphere!

The Singapore noodles were some of the best I've had. But at $18.00 for a plate it was a steep price. So if price were a rating from 1 to 5 I would rate it a two. But, I habe to say it was a great meal.
The fried rice was tough and lacked egg. The lo mein was overly salty. I've eaten here before, and the food was much better then.
