Revision: GM reached out to me to make it right and comped our meal. We went tonight and had an amazing dinner. The food was excellent, the service was on point, and both my wife and I had a great time! Thank you, Lee!Ordered a plain nashville chicken sandwich. I said No coleslaw, no pickles, no toppings. PLAIN SANDWICH written exactly like that. I also got fries and sweet potato fries. The sandwich was soaked in coleslaw as well as the fries. The fries werent even hot and soggy. They were cold, stale, and soggy. Quite possibly the worst experience ive had in a long time. What a let-down.
After ordering, we were informed that the cook grilled the wrong type of steak for one of our orders and in correcting the mistake our other order was burned on the grill. So, one of us got what we ordered and one of us got what the cook made on mistake. Both entrees were just ok. Not worth the two hour drive we made nor the $120 bill for two people that was paid. We will not return.
Toni is very personable and always in a great mood! Come see her at the bar! The manager Erin is absolutely amazing! So friendly and I felt right at home the first time I came! 10/10 highly recommend. Great food and service! Please order the carrot cake! It’s to die for!
