Firstly the servers were all very friendly and attentive. I thought since it's a coupon neither the restaurant itself or the food options would be good or varied. I was wrong on both account. It was a really good ambience and we had about 10 pastas and 10 pizzas to choose from. Drinks there was only a red white or a beer option, I didn't ask about non-alcoholic drinks.

I dined here with a group of friends as one of them recommended it. The waiter took our drink order and then left us for 15 minutes to take the entree order. We then received our brushetta in ten minutes minus any drinks... the brushetta was very basic at best stale bread, lacked seasoning, tomato's tasted old. The mains came out a little more timely however the pizza my friend ordered was the ham an pineapple and it tasted bland with cheap shredded ham on it.. Usually when I stay in this area, friends drag me off for Chinese food in the Valley, but I wanted something different this time and went by myself to Saluti. Dining alone I decided it would be best to have pizza and ordered the marinara - I asked for an additional topping of garlic king prawns on it, which they were happy to do (and it only added a dollar to the bill). My wife and i enjoyed a lovely meal on a Friday night recent at Saluti. The staff were polite, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food came out in a timely fashion and was well spaced between courses.We had a pasta and pizza to share between us. The pizza was simple, fresh and delicious - traditional Italian style.The pasta was creamy without being over-powering and had just enough chicken to satisfy.I would happily come back to try their other dishes, especially considering they have Red Peroni's on the beer list!!
The wait staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the wine list and menu. The home made bread roll was delicious, so were the main courses. The serving sizes were perfect, the food was excellent and the wine was a great match. We didn't have room to do justice to the desserts but hopefully next time. Can't recommend Saulti highly enough. The food is amazing Italian made by Italian chefs. I have dined here a few times now and food and service is consistently great. A lovely relaxed environment to eat in. Coffee is great as well. I will definitely make this a regular. Thank you
Great night, happy polite staff. Food was great. Did'nt mind providing tailored meals when asked and set menu satisfied the tables needs. Complementary pizza's late at night to a celebrating table was a nice touch and manager stayed on providing drinks late into the night.

We had a great time dining at Suluti. The waiters were attentive and friendly and the food was really yummy and authentic (we had gnocchi and pisa pizza). We would come back again.
Excellent authentic Italian food. Large servings at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly. The Gnocchi are genuine home made and very light & fluffy.
