I called to place a delivery order but was told they don’t deliver on weekends and only between 11 AM and 3 PM on weekdays. I mentioned that I had previously been informed they deliver all the time and have even received weekend deliveries before. Unfortunately, this likely means I won’t be ordering from Sam’s again, which is disappointing since their food is good and they’re located just a few miles from my home.
Amazing variety and fantastic food! The staff is always really friendly, and even when the restaurant is bustling, the wait time is minimal. I've never tried anything I didn't like, whether it's their fries, sandwiches, or falafel. Everything is delicious, and I take pride in telling everyone how close I live to this place.

We had to contact customer service ourselves to request a refund. Overall, we were quite disappointed with our experience at this place.

We organized a luncheon for 55 guests, and opted for catering from Sam's. We ordered sandwich platters along with a selection of salads, and the quality was outstanding, garnering positive feedback from all attendees. The Greek pasta salad was especially delicious. I highly recommend Sam's Deli!
Fantastic sandwiches, friendly staff, and a great location! The only downside is their mouthwatering fried chicken, which is hard to resist. Living just around the corner means my doctor isn't very pleased with my frequent visits!
