I ordered dinner for 5:15pm through the Slice app for pickup in the morning. I received email confirmation that my order was received and then received updates on the progress of my order. I arrived a little early to pick up my order and found plenty of parking since there is no dining in option. I went inside and my order was ready and waiting for me, nicely packaged. After hearing wonderful reviews about Sam's Place for months, I finally visited today. I regret not trying it sooner. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and it was fantastic. The bread was delicious and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I have had it at other restaurants where it was overcooked and tough. I will definitely be returning soon. The gentleman at the counter, who I assume was the owner (Sam), was very friendly and my sandwich was ready promptly when I picked it up.
The food here is the best in town hands down. The Chicken Caesar Salad and the chicken wings are the best I've ever had anywhere in my life. I order from here all the time and there's a reason why he has close to a 5 star rating. Sam's has 5 star food. I wish I could eat here everyday
We highly recommend Sam's for its delicious fried chicken, fluffy biscuits, excellent macaroni salad, and outstanding fried fish. The price is unbelievably good and we have never been disappointed with the food. We love Sam's and highly recommend it.
