There are not many authentic Thai restaurants in Brisbane. The prevalent majority have been considerably modified to suit people with bland taste buds. This is not the case with Sam's Thai Restaurant. As a person whom lived off and on in Thailand for many years, I can confirm that Sam's Thai Kitchen has very authentic and delicious food. There is no comparison between authentic Thai and Australian bastardised Thai food. Authentic is simply divine and the other is just disappointing in comparison.
