We received the wrong grinder with our order, and when I called to request a refund since we live 25 minutes away, they told me they couldn't issue a refund but could offer a credit for a future order if I remembered to mention it. Additionally, the pizza was stuck to the cardboard, and we had to peel off pieces of paper from it. We spent $60 on dinner, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. I recommend exploring other options as there are many better choices available.
I was rather disappointed with my visit to Samuel Mancino's Italian Eatery. The pizza I received was poorly prepared—greasy, doughy, and undercooked. It seemed the management wasn’t paying close attention, and I noticed some troubling hygiene habits among the staff. It’s a shame because I would have rated this place 4 out of 5 not long ago, but the quality has clearly declined.
We spent $80 at this restaurant and didn't eat anything. The chicken was overcooked and our sandwich orders were all wrong. When we spoke to the manager, they only said the chicken was fresh that day and didn't apologize or offer any solutions. We've been to other Mancinos locations before with no issues, but we left this one hungry and out almost $100. We won't be returning.
We are very disappointed in the food and service that we received from Mt. Pleasant Mancinos. We ordered here for our employee lunch and not only was the food wrong, but it was undercooked. The supervisor didn't want to speak to me and passed me on tosomeone who did not know how to speak to customers. Very disappointed.. Book a table now
As always, our experience was fantastic! We enjoyed pizza, nachos, and a huge club grinder. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were much larger than we expected. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is always top-notch. I only wish there was a location closer to where we live!
I used to love the food at this restaurant, but it has been twenty years since I last ate there. Sadly, I couldn't enjoy the taco salad this time as the taco meat was not tasty.
