"This score was difficult to decide. The section on town is really nice and quite. The rooms were not very clean. Would expect everything to be much cleaner especially with the high cleaning cost charged. There were areas in the rooms that look like they have never been dusted, under the beds were disgusting and the widows were pasted with dead bugs. If you go during a peak period do not take a big vehicle, parking spaces are tight. On a positive note the beaches are beautiful, this resort does have multiple grills if you want to cook outside and the pools were nice."

Me and my Gf had a great stay, the condo was nice and clean and i would visit again .. at least that was my thought until ….. the morning of check out, when went to pack our car and our car was gone!.. they towed our car from our “private property parking lot”. Every person has their own parking spot and are giving “parking passes” for their stay, the parking lot also the number of your room labeled on your spot. The towing place was located 30mins from the condos. There were no accommodations for people who cars were towed. They said call a taxi or Uber, What if some people from out of town didn’t have money to get their car out or get to their car at the towing place !!.. it was ridiculous...

I wish I had read the reviews before I paid nearly 7500 for our condo. We arrived at 7 pm exhausted due to interstate accident. We spent a large amount of time looking for our “ reserved” parking spot. There was only one marked, so, as instructed we parked my sons in an unmarked area in corner. The condo needed a deep cleaning. The beds were made, towels were there, but it wasn’t vacuumed, one toilet was a mess and windows and mirrors had not been cleaned in weeks. Tons of sand and fifth in the hallway. The unit was NOT fully stocked as contract stated. There wasn’t a roll of toilet paper in any of the 4 bathrooms. Internet and electricity issues all week. All of this could have been overlook...

We were instructed to park in either our designated spot or a spot with no number on it. The spot that was designated for our condo was a small corner spot that was made for a compact car. We were driving a pickup truck, which did not fit in the spot. We parked in an empty unmarked spot with our parking permit visible and located on the rear view mirror. The next morning we went down to retrieve something from our truck and it was gone. The worst feeling ever. After many calls between Vacasa and the homeowners we were told our truck was towed because it was over the white line. Now keep in mind, this is September and the garage was pretty much empty. They had a company tow to Virginia Beach...

This is our 2nd year staying at The Sanctuary. After reading several bad reviews, I was nervous about our rental this year. I honestly expected the worst. However, we walked into a clean, beautifully maintained condo. We were left extra sheets towels for our family of 4. There were fresh rolls of toilet paper paper towels as well as hand soap, dish soap, a few dish detergent laundry detergent pods. The pool was clean had plenty of lounge chairs. We saw maintenance often walking around cleaning taking care of various things. The beach is so clean, beautiful, and not too crowded. We will be back for years to come!
