I recently visited this restaurant based on a recommendation. I was guided through the specials menu and decided to try the breaded chicken goujons with coleslaw, cheese, and a fresh tomato sauce. I have to say, it really hit the spot - I was starving and it was the perfect flavorful and satisfying meal after a surf session. I also couldn't resist trying a flapjack, although I couldn't finish it all, the bite I had was soft and delicious. The coffee was great and the service was friendly with a smile. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Best sandwich bar in Bournemouth/Boscombe area. Incredibly quick service considering the number of clients. Incredibly delicious selection of vegan options. Would love to see vegan cheese offered with the potatoes or sandwiches. Brilliant approach to hygiene, with gloves, clean surfaces etc. Very reasonable prices too, can't go wrong!
Sands is by far the best sandwich cafe in Bournemouth. I visit every day and am always impressed with the delicious food and friendly service. The breakfast eggs are top-notch, better than any other place. I can't imagine where I would be without Sands, except maybe a little thinner.
Absolutely incredible sandwiches, high quality ingredients and very welcoming. The lady who runs the place is so friendly and gives off the most wholesome mum vibes, like every sandwich is made with love. Very reasonably priced too for such great food. Ten out of ten would reccomend.

Jo and her team prepared 5 platters of sandwiches for a family funeral recently. The quality and variety were great. They were fresh and appetizing, with a platter for the vegan contingent. Arranged delivery was prompt and courteous. Excellent .
