As locals here, we are trying out the local cuisine! It was a breath of fresh air to find a little sandwich shop that had filling sandwiches prepared just exactly how you want it, hot or cold, with all the fixings! Friendly service with a smile in an inviting atmosphere! Not only that, the price of the sandwiches were at an amazing price for the size sandwich you get!! It's really annoying going around when you want something light like a pizza or sandwich and you pay 20 chf!!! Here at the Sandwichbar, we paid 20chf for the three of us!!!!! We highly recommend this place and we cannot wait to come back!!!!
Delicious and simple meal after a beautiful hike. I have been living in Switzerland for several years and it is very difficult to find US-style sandwich shops where to order and have more than just a few options. When we came across this sandwich shop and it was exactly what we needed. Not everything is to order, but it is a step above the typical simple prefabricated sandwich here, and it is definitely made with heart. Large selection of sandwiches, drinks and sweets (I have the Avocado Bagel Sandwich and an iced tea). The staff was helpful and friendly, and the tables at the front were comfortable.
We stumbled upon it by chance when we were looking for our airbnb...after searching for half an hour, the owner walked us to the place. We awere very touched. Then while waiting for the owner to come and give us the keys, we had a sandwich. They had both veg as well as no. Veg for my husband. Very reasonable, filling and tasty. Very helpful owners and a nice place to chill too. Highly recommended.
I was looking for a simple lunch that the bank wouldn't break. I found sandwich bar and decided to check it. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have the Roast beef and tartar sauce sandwich delicious! Good price also at about 5,50 (they even take euro). Would definitely recommend for a delicious lunch.

If you're looking for something quick and cheap, go here because the service is friendly and food is filling. I really appreciated that there are vegan options - Tex Mex sandwich that has a chili filling and vegan muffins! The nice, young lady behind the counter even gave me a sample of the chili before ordering.
We had the chicken curry and ham and cheese. Good sandwiches, tasty and would go again! The staff were friendly and attentive.

Food here is good. Sandwiches are really nice. Soups are okay. Not that tasty. But for short bite this place is good.
