I would rate this restaurant more accurately as 4.5 stars. The food is good, but not extraordinary. I would suggest more authentic Spanish dishes. It’s not Spanish just because you name it something Spanish. Maybe next time I go there will be Burnt Basque Cheesecake on the menu. But it was good. Nobody complained. The place is clean and the service was very competent and friendly. One Dominican young lady was very pleasant and always smiling.
Really good Brunch restaurant! The food was really good as well as the bottomless sangrias! My steak was cooked to perfection and the tapas we ordered for the table was delicious. We came to celebrate our friends birthday, but will definitely come back if we're ever in the area again.

We live in NJ but are on LI for the weekend and decided to try Sangria 71 Island Park. Our waiter Alberto, was professional and Attentive. We have eaten at several Spanish restaurants but the food tonight was exceptional!! We will definitely be back
The most wonderful customer service and lovely waiters. Note: the food is good but may be too salty/strong for those with asian palates. A good place to try out Spanish cuisine nevertheless.
I visit this restaurant often and I'm always pleased! I really enjoy the paella, sangria, shrimp in garlic sauce, and the lobster special!
