- Bring cash, as it’s cash only. Expect to spend around $40 for two hungry people. - Arrive before 11 AM, as the line starts forming by 10:45. - Stay in the line to the right, next to the tables. - Bring a friend! One of you can wait in line while the other saves a table. Coats left on chairs are respected. - While waiting, your friend can grab some fresh sushi from the nearby grocery store! - If you have extra seats at your table, feel free to share them with latecomers or families; people will often ask for them. - Note that there are no fountain drinks; only bottled Japanese beverages are available. - You’ll hear your order number announced from a very loud speaker. - It can feel a bit cr...

Some of the best ramen I’ve had in a while. You can find this place inside Mitsuwa. A gem really. The noodles had the perfect bit and texture. They are not stingy with their pork and give you big, thick pieces. Most of the pieces were nice and tender to the bite. Lastly, the broth was amazing. I usually don’t finish the broth for ramen, but I had mostly all of it. It wasn’t too salty and had a rich flavor to it. My only qualm was the egg. The egg was completely hard boiled which I’m not a fan of and had a snappy texture. I personally love soft boiled with my ramen, but definitely not worth two dollars in my opinion. HOWEVER, the egg is not enough for me to knock down the score. This ramen wa...

It 's been a while since I 've been to this Mitsuwa, so while I miss the dim sum booth, ramen sounded like a nice idea. I went with the medium soy ramen combo with the chasu rice bowl. Ramen was nice and hot, noodles had a good chew to them. The chasu bowl was larger than expected and I 'm glad I went with that as a 'side '. I 'd say the one downside was the ramen egg. Flavor wasn 't bad, and you get a whole egg, but you can see it 's just a regular hard-boiled eggs that 's been marinated. The yolk was totally cooked through. Not bad by any means but it just something that would have pushed the bowl to a great bowl of ramen. Prices are good and they were ready quickly.

The food is quite good but a bit pricey. The wait times are usually long, and the staff is just average.
