Sapienza has been my go to bakery since I was a young girl. Every birthday cake, holiday event desert has been made by them. I also love to go in for a quick cupcake, and cookies. Not only did Andrew agree to my request, but the cake was incredible—just like the picture I provided—and it tasted amazing! I moved away years ago and had to stop in while I was close by. An amazing selection of cookies and pastries. I bought way too much since I'm not in the area too often and am never sure when I'll get back. The staff is always super friendly as well. A great Elmont institution.
