I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sapps, a small and trendy Japanese restaurant, and I cannot rave enough about the experience! From the moment we walked in, the lively atmosphere made us feel welcome and set the stage for a fantastic meal.We started by sharing a few appetizers, which were all equally amazing. The takoyaki was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with flavor. The Kara-age was equally impressive, with its juicy, well-seasoned chicken and a delightful crunch. This Japanese restaurant/bar has become my favorite Friday night hangout spot! The food is consistently good, and the atmosphere is just right for a fun night out. Compared to many other options in Long Island City, the prices here are very reasonable. While there are many new Instagrammable restaurants popping up in the area, they can be quite pricey to visit on a regular basis. This place, however, manages to maintain a fun and affordable vibe that keeps me coming back week after week. Highly recommended!

Every time that I visit the restaurant, I order something different and my favorites, such a delightful menu. Always gladly surprised of the details and full of flavor food. Love it . My favorite part of this exceptional restaurant is their staff, all of them are so nice, helpful, friendly. They just know how to make you feel welcome, as a dearly guest.

Sukiyaki is so delicious and shishito pepper and tako wasabi are so good that we ordered multiple time lol
