On our second night, we ordered two vegan vegetarian pizzas. Unfortunately, one of them was a bit soggy in the center, which might have been due to too many tomatoes or not being baked long enough. It was still tasty, but it was a slight letdown. The main improvement I would recommend is related to the vegan cheese. I work at a restaurant supply warehouse and we don't even stock Daiya; most pizzerias prefer Follow Your Heart cheese, which is creamier, while Daiya has a more plasticky texture. Although I still enjoyed the pizza, I did feel a bit uncomfortable with the amount of oily, plasticky cheese on the deep dish.
On a brighter note, the service was exceptional! I received free delivery...
We order from here nearly 3x/month and just got the worst pizza order ever. The crust is so thin, the sauce is bleeding through and there is half the cheese there normally is. The crust is halfway down to the middle of the pizza. And when I called tocomplain, I got a nicer gentleman on the phone and when he put his manager on Derek, he said I could bring the pizzas back atmidnight to their store for a full refund. Worst manager ever, worst customer service EVER. This guy should be fired. I havenever had such a rude interaction with a place. I will never be ordering from them again. That's about $150/month out of theowner's pocket. Great job hiring.
I walked in for a simple 8-inch pepperoni pizza. As I waited, three customers who ordered larger pizzas received their meals before mine – one had ordered ahead and the others placed their orders on-site. After a while, I asked for an update, and the staff member seemed surprised it was my order. He went to check on it but no one really explained what had happened, only that it would take another 6 minutes. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and genuine apologies was disappointing. It felt like the staff were just messing around instead of taking care of their customers.
My take out order experience at Salino’s Pizzeria was natural. The order was placed over the phone and during my time of the order they had a special deal/coupon which they had applied. I had ordered the 14 inch cheese pizza with jalapeños and onions. The pizza was a pan pie and it was fresh and hot from the oven. Their pizza sauce is different and unique from any other pizzeria places. The pan pizza does remind me close to Pizza Hut pan pie. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for take out order.

I just have to say that this restaurant is a lifesaver for me! Since I work overnight, I truly appreciate that they stay open late. The delivery driver, Chad, is awesome! He always brings my food on time and it's hot when it arrives. I also appreciate his great recommendations for new dishes to try, especially since I have to stick to a specific diet. He's a wonderful guy! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!
Worse Chicago pizza ever and I hate feeling like I was cheated when I pay for extras and don't receive what I paid for. I paid $65 for a XL pizza with double sausage and extra cheese, 1lb of wings and a salad. Instead of extra toppings it looked like they gave me less than the regular ?. There was about 6 wings (definitely didn't look like a pound); the salad was the best part of the meal. Will never order from them again!
This place was amazing! I have a dairy allergy, so I ordered the vegan pizza, and it was incredibly delicious. If I hadn’t known better, I wouldn't have guessed that it didn’t contain real cheese or meat.

Pizza is delicious, friendly service and they bring utensils (which is a rarity when you order to a hotel anymore). I would definitely recommend getting some pizza here.
