I went to Sax for breakfast this morning and I’ll be going there every day of my stay in Erlangen now due to the quick and friendly service as well as the extensive breakfast menu. I had a mushroom, ham, cheese and tomato (I asked for the cheese and tomato to be added and it was no problem) omelette, followed by their natural yoghurt with müsli and fruits of the forest. Both the omelette and the yoghurt were delicious! I highly recommend Sax for breakfast, lunch or dinner and I’ll be going back there tomorrow and the day after.
It's a nice little cafe, which also serves restaurant style food, we tried the curry, the Nürnberger, Christmad style tea and coffee, it was very good. Definitely will come again
We were there for the breakfast. They have a nice choice and we especially liked their omelets. Very friendly employees.
