I ordered a $28 chicken parm and Mac and cheese at this restaurant and was overcharged. The employee, Naseef, offered me breadsticks to make up for the mistake, explaining that he was new. I was charged $8.99 for the chicken parm ziti (which I never received), $7.99 for the Mac and cheese entree (which I did receive), and $5.99 for an additional side of Mac and cheese (which I also did not receive). Naseef mentioned a recent price increase, but there was no notice of this on the menu. I would appreciate a refund for the overcharge, and I do not need the extra breadsticks.
Don't even think about it. Like seriously. The food was cold. The bale ziti had no taste and they didn't EVEN bother giving meat or anything to make it better. The garlic bread didn't even has that much taste to it and also EVERYTHING IS COLD. Bad service.
I go here for eats when I am at the mall. Some girl with a nose ring was checking me out as she rang up my slice. It felt like I was being judged for my good looks, since she was so distracted she pulled my slice out to quick and it tasted not good.
The restaurant staff have no respect for customers at all. The service is terrible, as they asked for payment before even taking our order. I spoke to the manager and suggested they put up a sign with the store policy.

This restaurant provides excellent service and delicious menu options. It is the top restaurant in the area. The food was served promptly and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely recommend this restaurant.
Its a fast food place, food wasn’t good enough! Had very little flavor. Customer service was ok. They could do a whole lot better. Won’t recommend this place not even for fast service!
Their menu doesn’t have chicken Caesar salad so they made one special for me. That is so nice of the owner, he truly put his customers first.. and was delicious
Delicious food, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic experience. Looking forward to returning again soon!

I went today for a lunch with my family, but it was a bad decision to went there. Poor customer service, food not cooked well.
It's quick and they have good offers where you can mix items. The pasta isn't the worlds best but it fills you up. Cheers!
