One of my favorites in the Rheingau. Many gastronomics in this most culinary region in Hesse try more or less forcefully to raise the level to a significant (star) kitchen usually with less success. In the Shamani Mill, all Chi chi is omitted. Woman and man are sitting in the beautiful guest garden in Corona at a distance happy whether the harmonious ambience is satisfied with their own good wine and a delicious wild boar-bolognese. No spektal look like on the castle Johannisberg but a lot of charm.
You can praise the hand cheese and the flame cake. But then it's over. A calf carving brand PNP -Panade Nix Panade- und matschige Bratkartoffel, probably made from residues of salt potatoes. Moon prices. After this experience, you don't want to see the nice location anymore and you don't want to drink the really good wine anymore. Too bad.
Last year it was top.This year the owner changed and the quality is unfortunately now a completely different.Tomatoes throughout the salad. Pisss with on the wild plate. The meat has been tough.The host seems more overwhelmed and escape throughout. Unfriendly to the staff and to its guests...We lost one of our favorite restaurants...
we had the opportunity to visit this winzer. the excelletn weine and I would certainly recommend its readout is simply fantastic. the passion for wein and the intention to make nature their cure with a minimum of interference is really fantastic. Many thanks, herr Anderson, that we visit her winery

Small cozy barns. Delicious food and delicious wine. We just missed a salad or vegetable supplement for dinner. Super nice operation! But now in the dark season it would be appropriate to have lighting in front of the restaurant and on the way to the parking lot! Overall: highly recommended!

High-priced Rumpsteak turns out to be a tough, stretchy lapping. Advertising and repeated demand are ignored and remain without any reaction. Therefore 1 star.In total not recommended.
