Due to a very pleasant earlier visit in March 2013, the Schlemmertöpfle was selected, where we held a celebration in a side room. We have agreed in agreement 5 dishes plus 2 daily meals. Already in the reception area everything beautifully decorated and burning candles make curious. The adjoining room was very nicely covered with the small service, fabric napkins, fabric tablecloths and decoration. The main restaurant is very nice with a large tiled stove. At the service there are 4 strengths on the day off and there was still a wedding and another preconception. In this respect, the service personnel were permanently working on and above their limit. Wir hatten uns alle auf das uns schon bekannte vom Schlemmertöpfle in Metingen )Festmahl gefreut, ich hatte für 6 Personen, für 13/15 Uhr Reserviert wir waren pünktlich es dauerte ein paar Minuten bis das der Tisch neu eingedeckt wurde, wir nahmen platz bestellten unsere Getränke es war alles soweit ok bis auf mein kühles Weizenbier das mir in einem warmen Glas serviert wurde ich habe nicht Reklamiert sondern auf die große Menge Gäste geschoben da kann das schon mal passieren, Wir bestellten unser Essen der Salat kam sofort,aber der Hauptgang lies auf sich warten und warten und warten, nach mehrmaligen nachfragen bekam ich die Antwort die Chefin ist auch in der Küche und wir saßen und wartet...
Wer das frühere Schlemmertöpfle kennt wird super enttäuscht sein. Schlechter, langsamer Service, super lange Wartezeit auf das Essen ab Bestellung 80 Minuten!! trotz sehr kleinen Karte im Vergleich zu früher und nicht voll besetztem Restaurant. Personal und Chefin in der Küche wirkten sehr überfordert und die gestresste Athmosphäre geht auf die Gäste über. Unser Essen zum Muttertag war leider ein Reinfall . Trotz des angebotenen Kaffee als Entschädigung Nie wieder...
