Upon reviewing the extensive menu options displayed overhead, I deliberated over the variety of meats, breading types, and sauces available. When I finally made my selection of a burger, the server only inquired about my beverage choice, leaving me wondering about their standard procedure. It turned out that they had accepted my order for a chicken burger instead. While the chicken burger was well-prepared and not greasy, I felt that it was on the smaller and thinner side. Although it satisfied my hunger and arrived promptly, I couldn't help but think that I could have gotten better value at a typical sandwich shop.

I've never been here before I decided to try something else. what a mistake. black carving on a teller ordered. was given a summer, noticed that others were given a number. I didn't think of it. 20 minutes later the summer went out. Girl wanted to give me a box? she said you ordered parma, it'll be a little longer. waited about 15 minutes more, cuffed again and got a bag. I found a place. inside the bag was the overlaid piece of meat I've ever had. fortunately, the burned crumbs and behave enough to be edible only. next time I'm going safe and go underground
I was catching a train at SX station and had hours to spare so when I noticed they had wifi decided to eat in the restaurant out the back of the cooking area. When I asked for the wifi password I was told it wasn't...for customers. In this modern day of social media reviewing online you would think it was in their interest to have wifi available for their dine in customers. Food was only ok so my ratings reflects the stinginess of Schnitzs to not provide free WiFi. Next time I will ask before ordering food.
Had the beef schnitzel roll with salad on it. The roll was not so nice. I’d preferred a plain unseeded roll and leave the emphasis on the insides but it seems their game is to overpimp each menu item to increase its substantiveness and in...the process create overcomplicated falling to bits stuffed full messy results. On the plus side, it’s all fresh, the schnitzel itself was just ok but I would have prepared it with more coarse breadcrumbs. Book a table now
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The food is average and extremely expensive for what you receive. The furniture is old, dirty, and uncomfortable. There are leftovers on tables attracting birds, and food scraps scattered on the floor. The service is slow and the junior staff have a poor attitude and presentation. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place.
I headed here with a group of people I had met a few hours earlier it's consistent the food is good but then it's a chain store ... I would expect nothing less. The company was friendly and interesting the staff did...what they needed to food was good BUT my buzzer didn't work so service was slower than it should be. A good choice in a food court .
Expensive for a lunch meal. It cost $20 for my daughter to have a wrap, drink and chips. I don't think she was overly impressed with the wrap but the chips were really nice. It's not somewhere I would choose to go for lunch as Melbourne has plenty of restaurants on offer that provide a better meal for a better price, if you have the time
I have visited several Schnitz locations in Melbourne, but today was a disappointing experience. The staff seemed indifferent and we waited about 25 minutes for our food, despite the restaurant not being busy. With the open kitchen, we could see our food sitting for 5 minutes before it was finally served. Book a table now
the eating was good, had a quite long waiting period and the carving was obviously mainly cooked that go through the temperature, but it tastes good
