"visited here for lunch during the holiday in a huge portion. schnitzels were really good and a delicious lasagne. free bread that will be given to us. considering that it is based in a busy railway station, a surprisingly comfortable ambiente and a beautiful restaurant."

last year we visited this place in Köln and were looking forward to the delicious, well valued eating. we were not disappointed. great prices, tasty but the service? the young lady was really nice to us, asked us where we come from and...who we stay and so on. She talked to us like she's known us for a long time. after eating we paid and I think we didn't give her too little tipp about our bill. we saw how she rolled her eyes and from there on we were air for her. When I came out of the toilet and she died, she looked away even that I smiled at her. very bad customer service. eating and prices are star, customer service star.

Don’t be put off by the location or the frontage of this eatery within Koln Hbf (Main Station). Found courtesy of Google Maps had wandered around this large station before I found it on a “food” corridor near to It’s only fairly small but...has a good menu, and again using a “Google” review had their steak which was excellent. (Gaucho Kartoffel) if you’re looking on their menu. Will definitely remember this place for next time as I use Koln as a stop off before travelling further into Germany.

our nearby hotel did not offer food after we arrived late from oslo, so we went back to the railway station, hoping to eat somewhere. most places were closed, but that was open. of course we beat the currywurst and the local beer. my wife. became for the prinzen currywurst while I went to conig. the service was slow but friendly; the food was not disappointed despite our fears with the situation and the late of the hour. well expensive and very good food.

for seniors to have traveled from the airport really needed a stop-off for a seating and drinks. Welcome was warm, service fast and helpful and all with a ready smile. we were so satisfied with our hot chocolates that we even decided to stay up for a good quality wine. worth a visit.
