This place is not very well rated, but I think it's a decent food for the price and size of your dishes. Well, that was an ordeal. English these people do not speak. It took a good two minutes of asking what meat was in the dumplings to ascertain there was indeed meat in the dumplings. "wha mee? Yes, mee..." Same goes for asking no capsicum...as soon as she asked what, we just straight up said no vegetables. HOMG
Food itself was okay. The dumpling skins (by the way, it was pork inside) were a bit on the thick side, but the homemade noodles were good.

Despite the bad reviews, this place actually has some really good homemade pasta. The noodles are strong and firm. The chicken Xin Jiang style is a good release option because there are two portions of pasta.

I do not know why people expect a 5 star Chinese culinary experience when you go to Seabay.
But if you feel lazy and drown yourself (for the night and lunch the next day) in thick, chewing handmade noodles with a delicious sauce for $ 13.80 that you found a winner.
