After seeing a movie in worriwood we drove around for ages looking for a place to eat that we could enjoy some grilled fish two of us being in a lean mean way of life my partner loyal to trip adviser did a search for something not too fa away and in half an hour as parking on a Sunday was impossible we sat down at this restaurant and we all ordered a fish dish two of us ordered grilled barramundi with a mash of garlic polenta, which was absolutely delicious the fish was succulent beautifully grilled on their barbecue grill plus a delightful mixed salad ! We found it good value for money plus good service and right on the beach road with perfect views of the surfers having a ball out there so...
Good food portions, but a bit underwhelming. Had the Smokey Omelette which the server highly recommended but wasn't anything out of this world. Far too little cheese and was slightly burnt on the top.. which is weird for an omelette. Ordered a fresh juice, very small for price. Boyfriends Salmon Eggs Benedict was fine. Nice view of the ocean. Everything on the menu was overpriced but thats what you get on the beaches.
I'm from Melbourne where the GF options are everywhere. I actually found Sydney mainly offer salads as the gf option. This cafe is mainly GF. It was my first delicious meal I had in Sydney where I could order what I actually felt like. The food was beautiful and the service was great too.
I went there few times with my girlfriends also with my husband to have a Paella with white wine. There are BYO which is good and the Paella is delicious and very big usually we can't finish all. Breakfast is good too this place is the best value cafe on the Deewhy beach.

SeaChange is a little cafe in Dee Why Beach which also makes us feeling it is a little peace of Brazil ! They have in their menu few Brazilian dishes but also many different & yummy options! The only thing is s very jammed in but great atmosphere.
We can't resist this place for brunch, so when in Sydney here we come. Delicious food - my friends love the seafood breakfast dish. I Love their toast. I had the eggs, bacon & holandaise - delicious. Generous serves. We will be back.
What can I say. Great food, efficient freindly staff, reasonable prices and what a location overlooking the Dee Why beach. Bring your own drink option at nominal corkage charge but also have a selection of good wine. Love the place.
Your first stop to eat in the area should this spot! Amazing service, mouth watering food, and fantastic view and vibe. It's rare to find all three in the same place in Sydney. You won't be disappointed.
