I've known this pastry since it opened in 2001. I've never been disappointed. Bread, pastries, chocolate, cakes, salt, macarons: you enter the temple of perfectionism. If I have to find a problem, and one, it would be: 90% of the other cakes and chocolates elsewhere in the world disappoint me.
